This TOS is publicly available and is linked on all of my social media. Upon any and all commissions mutually accepted on, you have automatically agreed to the publicly available TOS!!

πππππππππ πΈππππWhen work is received, you will get a Watermarked and unwatermarked version of the finished piece(s)._______________ππππ π’ππ πππ πππππππAny and all sona art pieces/ref sheets of any kind are welcome and urged to be used when discussing a possible commission request. If you do not yet have sona art, I'm able to work off a rough mental image of what you're wanting!___________________πΏπππππ ππππPlease be patient, I have a lot to learn and my art improves with every commission, detail and quality takes time! I also have a full time job that takes priority. Expect from 3 weeks up to a 4 month wait period. Determined by how many commissioners are in line in front of you and how complex your commission is!If you would like to keep updated with your spot in line or art progression, I have a Trello linked in my Carrd in all of my media publicly available!When your art is received, I do ask that you please practice ONLY posting the watermarked version publicly to avoid art theft, though it is not required.To commission 18+ content, you must ID verify!___________________ππ°ππ½πΈπ½πΆAny and all edits, additions and changes requested AFTER the line art (this does not include the sketchwork) has been finished and confirmed with commissioner will add to the finished commission price. Price edits are determined on the amount of work needing redone/added! The commissioner will be reminded of the price edits and amounts before edits are started!You are not allowed to share, trade, resell my art with intentions of claiming it as your own. Give proper credit!You may not claim my designs as your own. If you are to edit my designs, which is perfectly fine, you need to put REDESIGN in any descriptions or imagery of the artistic claim over said character(s) and are required to sell all renditios as one character. They may not be sold seperatly. It doesn't matter how heavily the character has been changed, you can not take credit for my designs regardless how big of a percentage the character has been edited. PLEASE don't take credit for others hard work!!Absolutely no refunds! This includes partial payments, payment plans that are unfinished and full price payments; for ANY REASON the commissioner is backing out! (The ONLY exception is if I, as the artist, back out. This is omit upon TOS breakage!)Ghosting or being unresponsive (2+ weeks) to wips or attempts to reach out about any commission progress will be cause for commission holding/pause. In progressed cases, termination of commission and a blacklisting.It is the Commissioners responsibility, not the artist, to reach out to their artist if their important account information is changed. If unable to be reached/contacted after confirmation of a commission, this will be cause for commission termination.I have the right to refuse a commission at any time for ANY reason!Problematic commissioners will be added to my public Blacklist_____________________
